What will you do?

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will work together with the Store Manager to run the store. You won’t be stuck behind a desk — you’ll be actively present on the shop floor, making sure everything looks perfect. You know exactly what the customer wants, because for us, the customer always comes first. You’re great at giving advice and making customers feel welcome, which keeps them coming back. 🌟

Your responsibilities include:

🔹 Supporting and co-managing the sales team while ensuring an excellent store presentation
🔹 Creating staff schedules and approving worked hours
🔹 Leading daily kick-off meetings and ensuring smooth store operations
🔹 Training and onboarding new employees
🔹 Conducting job interviews, progress reviews, and performance evaluations
🔹 Handling cash administration, returns, and bank deposits
🔹 Ensuring correct and timely ordering of products
🔹 Replacing the Store Manager in their absence

What do you bring?

We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager who not only focuses on store processes and appearance but also on our customers and the team. You:

🔹 Have an mbo level 3 working and thinking level (vocational education)
🔹 Are available for at least 24 hours per week
🔹 Hold a “Drogist” diploma and a first aid/BHV certificate, or are willing to obtain them
🔹 Are customer-oriented, communicative, and social
🔹 Are solution-oriented, flexible, and proactive
🔹 Have the skills to coach and motivate employees
